EvoTales FAQ & Help

Answers for the current Farm and Dawn of Industry story.

Does EvoTales need an account or internet?

No. The complete story is playable without an account, and progress is stored on your device. The app only needs a brief network request when checking whether a store update is required.

How do I continue my story?

Choose Continue on the opening farm screen. EvoTales resumes your latest saved chapter.

How do I return to the opening screen?

Tap the Home icon at the beginning of the coin and chapter bar. EvoTales saves immediately and returns to Continue or Start New.

Can I restart the story?

Choose Start New on the opening screen, or delete local game data in Settings. EvoTales asks for confirmation before replacing progress.

Can I skip narration?

Tap the narration bubble. The current line closes or advances immediately, while its readable text remains available when narration is disabled.

Why does the music pause?

Narration has priority so speech stays clear. Background music resumes when the spoken line finishes or is skipped.

Does changing the theme recolour the farm?

No. Themes change menus, settings, dialogs, and recurring controls. Painterly story artwork retains its authored colours.

What does App Lock protect?

When enabled, EvoTales requests your device PIN, fingerprint, Face ID, or other system authentication at launch and after returning to the app. Krypzon never receives that biometric or PIN data.

How do I delete my data?

Open Settings and choose Delete local game data to remove progress and coins. To remove preferences and terms acceptance too, clear the app's storage in system settings or uninstall it.

I replaced narration audio. Does the app need code changes?

Not when the MP3 keeps the same asset path and spoken wording. Rebuild and reinstall the app. If the wording or filename changes, the matching story text or asset path must also be updated.
