EvoTales Terms and Conditions

By using EvoTales, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

1. Licence

Krypzon grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use EvoTales on supported devices for lawful entertainment purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the application or its artwork, audio, writing, and other content except where law or an included third-party licence permits.

2. Game progress

EvoTales stores progress locally. Starting a new story, deleting data, uninstalling, clearing storage, device failure, or operating-system backup behaviour can cause progress to be lost. Krypzon cannot recover local progress.

3. Accounts and online services

The current release has no account, cloud save, purchase, or online leaderboard. No sign-in is required to play the complete story.

4. Third-party components

EvoTales contains open-source software and licensed audio. Notices are available in Settings > About EvoTales > Open-source licences and in bundled licence records.

5. Updates and network requests

EvoTales may retrieve an app-update policy from Krypzon-hosted infrastructure. The request contains no story progress. A version may eventually require a store update for compatibility, reliability, legal, or security reasons.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse EvoTales, interfere with its operation, infringe others' rights, or use it contrary to applicable law.

7. Availability and changes

The application is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be corrected, improved, added, or removed. Material changes to these terms may require acknowledgement in the app.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Krypzon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of EvoTales. Nothing excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Store terms

Distribution-platform terms also apply. On Apple platforms, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies unless Krypzon supplies a custom agreement through App Store Connect.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory rights applicable in your jurisdiction. Questions may be sent to krypnotesteam@gmail.com.
